Selling Price

The selling price for each product (including consumption tax) is displayed on the respective product page.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Other Required Charges

The selling price includes domestic shipping within Japan.
For international shipping, a flat rate of ¥2,500 will be charged separately.
In cases of refusal to receive or return of goods initiated by the customer (including inability to receive due to long absence), the customer will be billed for the round-trip shipping costs and any associated bank transfer fees.

Payment Methods and Timing

The following payment methods are accepted:
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Various Electronic Payment Services (as supported by the platform)
  • Payment is processed at the time the order is confirmed.
  • Payment processing is handled through Shopify Payments or affiliated services.

Delivery Time

Products are shipped within 5 days of order confirmation (completion of payment).
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on current order volume and the shipping carrier’s schedule.
  • If multiple items are purchased simultaneously, they may be consolidated into a single shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

As our products are one-of-a-kind handmade items, we have the following policy:

■ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective products or incorrect shipments.
In such cases, please contact us via email within 5 days of the product’s arrival.
If an exchange is difficult due to stock availability, a refund will be issued instead.

■ Cases Where Returns/Exchanges are NOT Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, including:
  • Customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, difference from image, ordering mistake). Due to the unique nature of our one-of-a-kind items, please pay close attention to sizing.
  • Products that have been used, even once.
  • Products with the product tag removed, damaged, or soiled.
  • More than 6 days have passed since the product’s arrival.

■ Return Shipping Cost

  • Returns due to initial defect or wrong shipment: Covered by the brand (Cash on Delivery).
  • Returns for any other reason: Covered by the customer.

■ Cancellation

Cancellations are generally not accepted after the order has been confirmed.
If there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately.

About Defective Products

Should a product arrive with a defect or contamination, please contact us within 5 days of arrival. After confirming the situation, we will arrange for repair, exchange, or refund.

Special Notes on Delivery Time

We will notify you by email if delivery is delayed due to severe weather, shipping carrier issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Sales Quantity

All products are one-of-a-kind or produced in small batches. Any items that are out of stock will be indicated on the product page.

International Sales

【Shipping Area Restrictions and Costs】

We currently ship to Asia, North America (USA/Canada), and Oceania (Australia/New Zealand). Shipping to these areas is a flat rate of ¥2,500. We do not currently ship to other regions.

【Customs Duties and Import Taxes】

Customs duties, import taxes, and Value Added Tax (VAT) that may arise are the full responsibility of the customer (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid). We cannot accept cancellations or refusal of receipt due to these charges.

Disclaimer

We will handle compensation for damages caused by delays or accidents during shipping only to the extent covered by the regulations of the shipping carrier.
